
Ana Galvan
Ana Galvan is a Board Certified Family Law Paralegal, having been certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1997. She has worked in the legal field since 1985, beginning her career in her hometown of New Orleans and coming to work with Harry Tindall in 1993.
Throughout her legal career, Ana has worked on hundreds of cases involving divorce, complex property issues, characterization of property, contested child custody proceedings, and modifications of child support. She also has extensive experience in drafting of premarital and marital property agreements. Ana brings a compassionate ear to family law cases, being the mother herself of a blended family of 4 children.
Ana is an active member of the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists; the State Bar of Texas, Legal Assistant Division; and the State Bar of Texas, Family Law Section. She regularly attends Continuing Legal Education seminars and has participated in multiple seminars as a planning committee member, speaker, and author. She has also received advanced training in the collaborative law process. Additionally, Ana has worked extensively with Harry and Angela Pence England in the past with their annual publication of Sampson & Tindall’s Texas Family Code Annotated.
Ana was born and raised in New Orleans but has been a Texan since 1991. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family.
