Collaborative law allows for parties to restructure their families in the least disruptive way, preserving economic resources and minimizing conflict. Both Harry Tindall and Angela Pence England are trained in the collaborative law process and completed the Advanced Negotiations training offered annually by Harvard University. Additionally, all of the paralegals of the firm have received collaborative law training and work together with the attorneys and clients in the process.
The firm has also made a commitment to the advancement of collaborative law locally and internationally. Harry Tindall serves as a Trustee of both the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Angela Pence England is an active member of both groups and has served as Chair of the Houston Bar Association’s Collaborative Law section, the first such local bar group in the country. Both Harry L. Tindall and Angela Pence England are also members of the Collaborative Family Lawyers of Houston and serve as frequent lecturers on all areas of collaborative law.
